Our response to COVID-19

For The Precious Metals Group, the health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and are following guidelines from the Government and relevant health authorities.

To keep our customers, staff and communities safe, we conduct frequent and extensive cleaning in-store with special attention paid to touchable surfaces, such as door handles, counters, EFTPOS terminals,  presentation trays and displays. 

To ensure a shopping experience that is safe for everyone, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

- Please keep at least 1 metre away from other visitors and staff in the store.

- We have both the NZ COVID Tracer QR code and physical copies for contact tracing at the front of the store. 

- Feel free to use the hand sanitiser that we have made available for customers and staff.

- You are welcome to try on jewellery, our staff will assist you with this and sanitize the pieces after each customer.

-During Alert Levels 2 & 3 we are NOT providing complimentary jewellery cleaning services, however, we do offer professional cleaning & polishing services, please inquire in store for pricing. 

 

If any stores are required to close, we will update our Blog, Google listings and social media to reflect the closure. 

Our online store will remain open through all Covid Alert Levels and we will work to ensure our customers receive orders with as minimal disruption as possible. We also offer Click + Collect or Contactless Delivery in Levels 1, 2 & 3.
