ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund subject to our terms & conditions of our refund policy. 

We offer easy and complimentary returns. You can return your order to any of our Precious Metals Group stores or contact us at enquiries@preciousmetals.co.nz to arrange your return via our website. Please quote your name and order number. 

Please note that any items purchased using Afterpay/ Laybuy or Humm must be returned to our online store for a refund. 

ONLINE REFUND POLICY
All returns are subject to inspection on their return to make sure the following conditions have been met before processing a refund.
- Items must be returned in their original, new and unworn condition with all appropriate packaging and paperwork.  
- Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of your invoice/ order number. 
- Please note no refunds will be offered on sale items so please make sure you choose carefully.

If eligible for a refund, the refund must be processed back to the original payment method. We are unable to refund alternate debit/ credit cards or bank accounts. 

WARRANTIES & FAULTY GOODS
If the goods are faulty and comply with the original supplier's warranty guidelines we will unreservedly meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
